Germany – Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) Missiles Segment Enhanced

­­­WASHINGTON, July 12, 2019 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Germany of Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) Missiles Segment Enhanced (MSE) with support for an estimated cost of $401 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on July 12, 2019.

Germany – C-130J and KC-130J Aircraft

­­­WASHINGTON, May. 4, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Germany of three (3) C-130J-30 aircraft and three (3) KC-130J aircraft for an estimated cost of $1.40 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Germany – MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 5, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Germany of MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for an estimated cost of $2.50 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on Apr. 4, 2018.

Germany – P-3C Aircraft Upgrades and Related Support

WASHINGTON, Apr 11, 2014 – The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Germany for P-3C aircraft upgrades and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $250 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on April 11, 2014.

Germany - Tornado Aircraft Training and Logistics Support

WASHINGTON, June 16, 2011 – The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress Wednesday of a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Germany for base services for its Tornado aircraft operations, including associated equipment, ammunition, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $300 million.

Germany - (5) MQ-9 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Aircraft

WASHINGTON, August 1, 2008 ­ The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Germany of five MQ-9 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Aircraft as well as associated equipment and services. The total value, if all options are exercised, could be as high as $205 million.

Germany - Tornado Aircraft Training and Logistics Support

WASHINGTON, July 11, 2008 ­ On July 9, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress of a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Federal Republic of Germany the continuation of base services as well as associated support. The total value, if all options are exercised, could be as high as $250 million.
